Alpaca wool dryer balls are an inexpensive and reusable eco-friendly and chemical free alternative to dryer sheets. The hollow core fiber of alpaca absorbs water, which reduces drying time to protect delicate clothing and save on energy bills. Adding several balls to the dryer will separate clothing, which also reduces drying time and decreases static. As the dryer balls rub up against items in the dryer, gentle friction helps to soften fabric fibers and fluff large items like comforters, eliminating the need for fabric softeners and dryer sheets. 

Alpaca is also hypoallergenic, making it possible for those allergic to the lanolin to use.  Fiber doesn't break down, typically lasting a few years. Simply keep them in the dryer at all times. 

Dryer balls are unscented, but if you prefer a gentle fragrance, add several drops of your favorite essential oils, will absorb into the fiber for wonderful scent lasting 3-4 loads!
